Services
Long & Short Term Therapy
Psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating chronic illness, injury, grief, life transitions, and shifts in identity. My work is particularly focused on the intersection of physical health, emotional well-being, and resilience, supporting individuals as they adapt to challenges that affect both mind and body.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral and system-based theories and informed by developmental science, behavioral medicine, mindfulness, and expressive arts. I believe healing occurs within the context of our relationships, experiences, and environments. Together, we work to better understand patterns, strengthen healthy coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and cultivate lasting well-being, growth, and meaning.
Executive Coaching & Leadership Support
Executive coaching and leadership support are available for professionals navigating periods of growth, transition, and increased responsibility. This approach integrates principles from psychology, behavioral science, and performance coaching to help leaders strengthen self-awareness, enhance decision-making, improve communication, and build resilience in demanding environments.
Services include; Leadership coaching for administrators, faculty and staff wellness consultation, executive team facilitation, school/medical team culture and climate support, leadership transition coaching, parent-community support initiatives and board and administrative team development.
Particular attention is given to supporting women leaders and women of color as they navigate the unique challenges of leadership, visibility, identity, and belonging. Coaching focuses on developing sustainable practices for self-care, emotional regulation, boundary setting, confidence, and well-being—creating space for both professional success and personal fulfillment.
Consultation
I offer psychological consultation to families, educators, pediatricians, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary care teams seeking a deeper understanding of a child's, adolescent's, or adult's cognitive, emotional, behavioral, or developmental functioning. Consultation services may include review of neuropsychological and psychological evaluations, diagnostic clarification, treatment recommendations, and collaboration around educational, behavioral, or medical care planning.
Drawing upon extensive experience within academic medical centers, hospitals, and school settings, I partner with professionals and families to integrate assessment findings into practical, strengths-based recommendations that support learning, development, coping, and overall well-being. My goal is to help ensure that diagnostic information is understood within the broader context of the individual's health, relationships, environment, and daily functioning.
